For families wishing to spend a week or more the Tidal Watch Inn is pleased to offer independant stand alone fully equipped cottages complete with kitchens, utensils, BBQ's, linens, laundry, satelite TV etc. At present we offer 2 cottages, one located in the center of St Martins on a 3 mile beach and the other over-looking St Martins Harbour. They are walking distance to the grocery store, St Martins Sea Caves, 5 Restaurants and a 10 minute drive from the Fundy Trail. These are complete summer cottages, a home away from home available for weekly Saturday to Satuday rental. Check in is 4-9PM at the Tidal Watch Inn, there is a 50% deposit required on Booking, Visa and Mastercard accepted, fully refundable on 30 days notice. All cottages are NON SMOKING and are unable to accommodate pets.

The Beachfront Cottage
The Beachfront Cottage is located on the shores of the Bay of Fundy where the highest tides in the world sweep in and out each day just 50 feet from the cottage deck. Located in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of St. Martins, this newly renovated vacation home has the best location of any cottage in the area. Guests will enjoy an expansive view of the Bay from almost every window. Watch the sunrise over the water each morning. Comb the three miles of beach in front of the cottage for shells and watch boats come and go into the harbour while sitting on the deck. Walk the ocean floor at low tide out to sea caves carved into massive red cliffs by the waves. Enjoy bonfires on the beach in front of the cottage during the evenings. The Beachfront Cottage offers a fully equipped vacation home from which to enjoy the splendor of the Bay of Fundy at your doorstep.
This cottage has 2 bedroom, the main with queen bed and the 2nd with two twin beds, one four piece bath. Maximum occupancy is 5 people. Rates are $975 for July August rentals and $850 for shoulder season plus tax.
The Marco Polo Studio Suite is a romantic, luxurious, private hideaway for two people. This elegantly appointed 600 square foot unit encompasses the entire ground floor of a renovated historic coach house. Just 150 feet from the beach overlooking the Bay of Fundy, the unit features a fully equipped kitchen (full sized stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans etc.) living, sleeping and dining areas, private garden, as well as a large, luxurious bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. It has a queen bed, private entrance, private garden area with outdoor dining suite, sitting area overlooking the Bay. Maximum occupancy is 2 people The unit is NON-SMOKING, no pets please.
The Marco Polo rents for $225 per night or $1,000 per week plus tax.
